I'm Paul McCann, founder of the Self-Mastery Community.
For more than 35 years, I've worked as a healthcare practitioner, educator, and coach, helping thousands of people better understand themselves through science, psychology, and lived experience. My work brings together nervous system science, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, breathwork, and practical self-mastery into a clear, evidence-informed framework that helps people move from surviving to truly living.
